Nampa Canal c. 1908

On recto, "'A picture from lifes other side' This is the Idaho side, looks like home to me. It will give you an idea of what this country looks like in places. This is about four miles from our home. That is me holding the mules - Lou is sitting down." On verso, "4-16-'08 Nampa, Ida. Dear Cousin - Greeting. This is a view of a crew that Louis and I are working with this spring. We are making an irrigating canal. Well, how are all Bluffton people? We are all well as usual. Remember me to all - with best regards to all. Your cousin, John H." - ID-E-0015, WaterArchives.org
